Salad of spinach and lentils in a sauce of lime

In a saucepan mix the sake, mirin and soy sauce and bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let cool. Add the lime juice, sesame oil and mix well. Use this sauce to season the other ingredients already mixed in a salad, add salt and pepper and serve, garnishing the dish with a few cloves of lime.
