Figs, chocolate and rose water

Mix rose water cream. In a bowl placed over a small pot of water to boil, melt the chocolate and then follow Incorporate the butter and sugar syrup and cream flavored. Remove from heat. Arrange the figs, a few spoonfuls of vanilla ice cream and almonds in individual bowls, then pour over the chocolate cream with rose water.

If you prefer the warm, pass it quickly in the microwave at medium power.
