Let's start with Madonna, who wore a Stella McCartney creation satin, embroidered with a train, Liv Tyler in Givenchy Couture, Sarah Jessica Parker in Alexander McQueen, Blake Lively in Chanel Couture, Naomi Campbell in Alexander McQueen and Jessica Stam in Tommy Hilfiger and Mariacarla Boscono posing alongside Liv Tyler shows teeth that ironically the model that she wears a creation of Givenchy Couture.
