Kenzo Summer 2011: the new collection and new fragrances

We were the presentation of Kenzo S / S 2011 to the boutique in Milan in Via Manzoni. The opportunity offered us to meet the CEO of Kenzo Parfums Worldwide, Patricia Tranvouez, he has presented the world of perfume Kenzo, from historic to new. Among the details revealed, the love of the Japanese designer for the themes of travel and the exotic, for nature and wild things, poetry and beautiful flowers, including the humblest and strongest of all, the Poppy seems to be his favorite.

Flower by Kenzo is indeed inspired by it, but its fresh fragrance is invented because the poppies actually would be free, but is widely found in advertising campaigns, as the last true realized on paper by Patrick Guedj (the creative director of Kenzo Parfums) he sees a romantic fairy Japanese cover the roofs of Paris in a sea of red poppies.

Then there Kenzo Amour, the bottle inspired by the abstract figure of a bird, which this year will be also available in Eau de toilette, from floral and musky smell, but there is a new departure for the man with the new fragrance Kenzo Homme Bois, a breath of exoticism with black pepper from Madagascar, the fresh leaves of mint and basil, woody notes of cedar wood.

By the way we show you a preview of the images in the collection of clothes and accessories for spring / summer 2011, desegnata by Antonio Marras, for the 40th anniversary of the house has been unleashed in bright floral patterns with applications of three-dimensional fabric flowers and beads.
