Spirit Awards and Razzies

Just a few hours at the Oscars 2011 and, as tradition has been assigned the last film prizes before the big event: the Independent Spirit Awards for best results in the field of indie films and, simultaneously, the Razzie Awards, which awards for the worst actorial films and performances of the past year (and there is always a lot of the material being screened, it seems).

The former are drawn from a 'non-profit organization that supports indie productions, while the latter are judged by a jury and the prize is a golden raspberry worth $ 5 (well more than you should spend to see the winning films ). Independent Spirit Awards has triumphed The Black Swan, which won Best Picture, Best Director Darren Aronofksy and the best performance of Natalie Portman (more and more radiant with the belly, highlighted by a Givenchy dress empire).

Among the other winners: the screenplay for The boys are doing well, best actor James Franco for 127 hours and the king's speech as the best foreign film. Overall, then, nothing unexpected, since these films have just dug out the other awards of the "awards season" began in January and ending with the ceremony of the Academy on the evening of February 27.

The "humiliated" by the Golden Raspberry rockets do not have surprised anyone have disputed the statuettes Sex and the City 2 and The Last Airbender. If the umpteenth adventure of Carrie & Co. have appreciated the wardrobe, it is certainly not a film worthy of applause, he won it for the worst cast as the worst sequel (well away since the critically acclaimed series ).

Worst film, worst director and worst screenplay of the film were those in 3d M. Night Shyamalan, The Last Airbender. Among the worst actors: Ashton Kutcher for two movies (Killers and Valentine's Day), Jessica Alba for four of its interpretations (The Killer Inside Me, I present to you our, Machete and Valentine's Day) and, finally, Jackson Rathbone saga of the beloved Twilight.
