There is a name, then that is unique in the world and to which the masters of yesterday and today Coutier turn five decades to make their creations even more extraordinary - to Pino Grasso.
Loves Milan Fashion Week and Milan Fashion this year has decided to reveal inaugurating an exhibition of copyright, rare, precious and unique: "Métiers d'Art, Fashion d'Autore", the homage of the city of Milan to the master embroiderer Pino Grasso. I was honored to be part of the event on the day of his paint, Friday, Feb.
25, in the presence of an exceptional parterre with the Assessor Giovanni Terzi (formerly the project sponsor Loves Milan Fashion with which the city intends to involve all Milanese the city during fashion weeks), the mayor Letizia Moratti and obviously he Pino Grasso, the great embroiderer that after 50 years of service in the world of fashion comes from "behind the scenes" and enjoy a well-earned applause.

The appointment is at the Palazzo Marino, the City of Milan, Piazza della Scala, every day from 9.30 to 19.30, only on Saturdays and Sundays from 9.30 to 22.00, again with free admission.
To welcome the entrance of the Alessi luxurious room you will find a valuable frame with a canopy, beautiful shoes and the heart of the exhibition staff Pino Grasso: This is a frame of finely embroidered with the title of the exhibition. But not only. The fifth start with didactic panels showing the 50-year history of fashion and high craftsmanship made in Italy through the comments, quotes and personal statements of the protagonists.
Not forgetting the maneqquin wearing some of the most incredible fashion creations in preview, that of exclusive designer clothes Valentino, Giorgio Armani, Gianfranco Ferre, Dolce & Gabbana, Etro, Versace emila Schön flanked by magnificent specimens, frames and work tools embroidery. And there's more of a round of applause, a photo stolen and an attempt to catch any of the many guests feel as lucky as me to be there, too many comments of many were stunned in the face of incredible creations made of beads, jays, corals, buttons, pallettes in a multitude of textures and yarn ...
the same people who try to shake hands with Pino Grasso, who attended the event, to congratulate him for his greatness. He, great embroiderer Milan, who won in Paris the prestigious "Talent du Luxe et de la Création 2010 for the category" Innovation ".
