Saul Zalonari presented Echography of Change, his new work with a portrait of two iconic characters compared: Julie Andrews and Lady Gaga. Julie Andrews icon of traditional ethical values and is put in opposition to Lady Gaga, transgression par excellence, in an original work of the dimensions of 200 × 180 cm.
Lady Gaga is not the first fashion icon portrayed by Saul Zalonari but rather the latest in a large list. Naomi Campbell, Claudia Schiffer, Linda Evangelista and Cindy Crawford are portrayed with a goatee ironic, Kate Moss is perched on a chimney, and the dreaded spotted Anna Wintour has a helmet, ear comiglio signed McDonalds and an unexpected smile smaliante (see photos in the gallery at the end of the article with the various works).
