Claire Waight Keller creative director of Chloé

A few weeks ago, WWD reported the news of the renewal of the contract by Hannah MacGibbon for Chloe at least another year, but the facts have not given them reason: only the French fashion house announced yesterday via Twitter and website designer and the separation from the appointment as creative director Clare Waight Keller, a former Pringle of Scotland.

The British designer brand had left Scotland after six years of intense collaboration that led to a re-launch the brand in the fashion scene with operations in partnership with photographers (Ryan McGinley), actors (Tilda Swinton) and contemporary artists (David Shringley) DNA from the Scottish way, citing personal reasons.

Meanwhile, after ten years by Chloé (up to 2006 alongside Phoebe Philo, then with Paul Melin Andersson and finally in 2008 as creative director), one wonders what the future of MacGibbon, which vaguely proclaims to have on deck " new projects. " Whereas the revolutions of the last month, can we really expect a few surprises.
