The lipsticks are put on display in Lyon

Ever since we were kids we wanted to wear the lipstick of her mother, imagining it as a princess of the stars or the small screen. In fact always, lipstick, more than other products make up, is the most coveted, the object of desire of every woman who tries to collect more and more, as if they were not enough.

From Hong Kong to Lyon, here are displayed in the exhibition of 250rossetti Lèvres de Luxe, premiered in China and now landed in France at the Musée des Tissus. This amazing show, not to be missed for those who had to go over there, it lasts until February 27. The exhibition was made possible thanks to the will of Jean-Marie Martin Hattemberg, expert of the Court of Appeal of Versailles and leisure scholar of perfume, not that fond of cosmetics in general, and collector of lipsticks.

Rossetti jewel-like, which looked like a precious doll, each form is transformed into a piece of history in this small but very important subject for women. What is presented, are not "simple" lipstick, but the real works of art, author's pieces, unique and bizarre shapes that will leave everyone speechless.

We find models with modernist lines, which look like real buildings of the twentieth century, typical of Le Corbusier, or those inspired by animals, Revlon lipsticks dedicated to famous people, or a bizarre replica of the Tower of Pisa. The exhibition not only models of the most bizarre story, but also the first models made by the major fashion brands like Chanel, Christian Dior, Guerlain, Revlon, and Rochas.
