Who does not remember or even have the blanket Grandma's patchwork handmade? I've got a recently purchased in a thrift store and I was amused to find it on the catwalk by House of Holland. Henry Holland is also used to experiment and this time the collection is full of mix & match, where classic fabrics, like wool is used in modern checkered suit and unusual, short body shirts and mini dresses, all worn with tights fantasy.
And here are the blankets that become petticoat dresses, big scarves and coats. The palette touches the bold colors, like orange, magenta and lilac, which alternate with softer shades of wool, to get to the blankets vintage carnival of colors. Images via | Vanity Fair
