Sleeping Beauty illustrated by Christian Lacroix

HarperCollins has published a series of books called Fairytale Fashion Memoir, where the classic fairy tales, selected from the most famous, will have as main feature the good fortune to be reinvented and reinterpreted through the experience and creativity of the biggest names in fashion. The first born of this amazing collaboration, the story is one of the most romantic, "Sleeping Beauty" performed by Christian Lacroix, which inaugurates the cycle.

The story was reviewed by Camilla Morton, author of many articles for Vogue and the New York Times, now famous for the best seller in the United Kingdom, "How to walk in high heels." The illustrations were all taken care of by the designer, giving the book a unique style that will surely hit the shelves of all libraries that will be on sale this gem from the glamorous, sophisticated style.

Through the story, it also runs at different times of the history and life of this great designer who inevitably marked the history of fashion, with its very refined and innovative creations. The designer, with almost 30 years of collections behind him, was able to develop illustrations that make this unique advantage because many different elements, and unrelated to each other, in a perfect mix that gives the tale a further appeal.
