All the loves of Liz Taylor

A recent study published in the Journal of Aging and Health has shown that too many marriages can shorten life. To deny this research is the life of Elizabeth Taylor who passed away at 79 years while rumors (never officially denied) wanted her in the process of organizing his ninth marriage. Our tribute to the actress-eyed purple traces the phenomenology of a diva: he lived (mostly) loves mad, passionate, messy, never losing sight of the Big Love (which is taken when all else was not enough ).

And with that, as desire before leaving us, will live on forever. Marriage 1: Not many people realize that Liz Taylor has escaped the risk of having a grandchild as Paris Hilton: luckily (after you take the role of the girl in the blockbuster film Back to home Lessie) had understood what to do with those eyes purple while he, Conrad Nicky Hilton Jr., scion of the family of hotel industry, the scandal did erupt for having seduced and stolen Zsa Zsa Gabor (then still his stepmother and wife of Sir.Hilton). However the two know each other, fall in love and married in 1950 after Liz gets a diploma, just eighteen. But the socialite is promptly left the diva even after a year of marriage, reason: the vice of drinking to Nicky, who became a deja-vu of most of the stories (and companions) of Taylor.

Marriage 2: "Whatever you do, just take a cup of coffee, it was for me an indescribable pleasure," described him as Liz in divorce case. Perhaps that explained why the marriage (which took place in 1952) with Michael Wilding, handsome British actor recently transplanted to Hollywood with a marriage already behind the idea of "making ends meet," was in effect as successful: in fact the union were born two sons, Michael and Christopher Edward Howard, the only remaining physically next to his mother on his deathbed.

Some say that Liz loved Michael, who was twenty years old, as a father and that he (both during and after marriage) was very frustrated by too much personality and reputation of her. But it will only rejoice that after years as a result of the scandals that will be accused of loving the beautiful ex-wife.

Marriage 3: Before becoming a producer of Around the world in eight days, Mike Todd has done everything from humble origins (he was also glazier), before arriving at Liz gets married twice, the last wife among other things, accuses him of harassment. A background that did not matter because the report-Todd Taylor in Hollywood if they talked for a while 'mainly because of the two tones were not always loving.

They married in 57 and Taylor had his first daughter, Liza, but even a year after the private plane Todd (ironically named Lucky Liz) crashes in the Rocky Mountains. Just 25 years Elizabeth was already a widow (Merry?) In mourning, while his image of "Femme Fatale" explodes in the same months in the film with Paul Newman, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.

Marriage 4: The love story with Eddie Fisher was born with already compromised and karma bombs mediadiche the vitriol since he divorced his first wife as a bolt from Debbie Reynolds, Taylor's best friend, to marry the widow of his best friend Mike Todd: or the "our" Liz. We are in 1959 and the singer Eddie Fisher is the pre-r'n'r idol of the teenagers of America: handsome, warm voice, beautiful smile.

The two live a passionate love story, but what had been questioned by the media since the beginning quickly became very controversial. Some examples? In 1964, shortly before release, Eddie and Liz started the procedure for the adoption of a child, Mary, then later adopted by Burton. Too bad that Liz had already met Burton on the set of Cleopatra.

However all the nodes were laid on the table so that years after Taylor and Reynolds resumed dating and mock Fisher TV movie These Old Broads, where the characters interpreted by their ridicule the ex-husband who had shared . Marriage 5: Only last year was released Furious Love, that is the moving exchange of letters between two lovers in a lifetime.

When Liz knows "his" Richard Burton in 1963, the two are on the set of blockbuster of all time, Cleopatra. A lightning strike so she then leaves the third husband Eddie Fisher animating (again), a scandal that saw both players had other partners (and the success of the blockbuster is based a lot on the gossip that inspired the set).

Their love story will reach peak in ten years worth of epic film in which they are madly in love. But above all will mark your life forever hollywodiana: Liz & Richard become a luxury brand that means, caprices, and crazy love gossip. But the fall into hell for several weeks based on both whiskey and chasing after which air furious quarrels.

Marriage 6: Liz & Richard are officially the craziest couple of movies, but the story does not end here. After June 26, 1974 divorced soon has second thoughts and decided to tie the wedding in secret again October 10, 1975, in Africa, in the village of Kasane: she wears a green dress and wrapped in feathers, he is in shirt combined with the red socks and white trousers.

The two spend a second honeymoon in Botswana, the Chobe Game Park, including deluxe safari, toast and gallons of champagne. But the idyll does not last long and they divorced again on 1 August 1976. Some time after Taylor admits that he decided to remarry after 12 hours of anxiety experienced while awaiting the outcome of an X-ray had revealed that several spots in his lungs.

Marriage 7: December 4, 1976 Liz seems to have changed his life and married her seventh husband, Republican Senator John Warner, a former naval commander who falls in love with Taylor when the star is recording another record career as the protagonist in The Bird Cukor's first film with a production history of the Soviet-American coming out that year.

Very different from the passionate love of the past-almost always born and exploded on the Hollywood set, her relationship with John until 82, when he opts for a quiet divorce, gossip and keep it away from head shots, although mature a serious problem with alcoholism ... Marriage 8: The eighth wedding of Liz Taylor has never convinced anyone and he has always known very little.

What is certain that "longhair" Larry Fortensky was 20 years younger than her, was a construction worker by profession and that their marriage was one of the more expensive (and alcohol) in history. Note to everyone is pretty much just the ceremony took place October 6, 1961 at Neverland, the ranch of Michael Jackson Junoesque, trusted friend of Liz that led inter alia to the altar.

The wedding costs about $ 2 million and affect public opinion to the fact that, to the outdoors, has unleashed an army of paparazzi helicopters. The two divorced in 1996 and Larry is known is that now enters and leaves the rehab.
