Guess the differences - Gisele Bundchen censored

The game is simple, nothing to do with the Puzzles of the Week. Guess the differences between the two images side by side is trivial, but what is it? Censorship. The advertising campaign for H & M starring Gisele Bundchen has been modified, the images were "dressed" to be displayed in stores and billboards in the countries of Meaddle East, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE.
