Pitti, Band of Outsiders

Scott Sternberg has the air of a fashion that is dropped in by mistake, but he could do a thousand other things equally well. And you can bet. In 2004 he founded his label in LA Band of Outsiders, which is already an icon among the new preppy American count campaigns (which locks himself with his beloved Polaroid) with Kirsten Dunst and testimonials as this season is special guest at Pitti Immagine Uomo 80 for which, he says, has prepared a very special show to present the 2012 Resort collection.

The inspiration was taken from the musical West Side Story and Singin in the Rain in the first place, from sportswear to America in the early Eighties with the bright colors and psychedelic, but the spirit is the classic that made famous with quality fabrics and production entirely made in Italy.

Along with the main line presents for the first time in Europe, also the two lines dedicated to the woman: Boy by Band of Outsiders (the most classic pieces stolen from the male wardrobe and reverted to the female body) and Girl by Band of Outsiders, more chasuble and lower prices. Passionate about art - its line of shirts is chiamaThis Is Not T-shirts-music and of course also means the film: the name of its brand has taken from a film by Jean-Luc Godard, 1964, and is still a film (Picnic at Hanging Rock by Peter Weir) that inspired the collection he's working, the Spring-Summer 2012.
